BUILT FOR NIGHTS, NOT ADAPTED FROM DAYS
Night Club is the specialist partner for better night work. We deliver training, events and consultancy that strengthen wellbeing, safety and performance across night teams.
Established in 2018, Night Club is a social purpose initiative developed in collaboration with Oxford University’s Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi) and shaped directly by the experiences of night workers themselves.
Our work sits at the intersection of science, creativity and real-world operations. Night Club is an initiative of The Liminal Space, a social purpose creative agency, and its development has been supported by Wellcome Trust and Impact on Urban Health.
To date, we’ve supported 14,000+ night workers across 40+ employers, helping organisations respond more effectively to the realities of working at night.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Shift and night workers are essential to how our economy runs — yet their challenges are often overlooked.
Sleep disruption alone is estimated to cost the UK economy £50bn a year through lost productivity, absence and health costs. And for the 8.7 million people working at night, the impact on health, relationships, and overall wellbeing is significant.
At Night Club, we champion making things better for ‘the forgotten shift’. That means working in parallel at three levels:
-
Supporting people to improve their sleep and wellbeing
-
Helping employers listen, learn and make practical changes
-
Influencing national action for people who work at night
WHO WE WORK WITH
Our employer partners to date include companies in logistics, retail, transport, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and utilities.
WHO WE ARE
Our team brings together expertise in sleep science, creative engagement, facilitation, research and organisational change — united by a shared commitment to improving life and work for people on the night shift.
We help organisations reduce risk and improve wellbeing where standard approaches fall short.
