Join Night Club for a focused conversation bringing together senior leaders, industry experts and academics to explore the realities of working at night in the UK today.

We’ll look at some of the biggest challenges facing organisations with night and shift workers – from fatigue, health and safety to engagement, retention and performance – and share emerging practice from across different sectors.

We’ll be joined by Andy Perry, Supply Chain Director at Waitrose & Partners, alongside a leading health and work academic (TBC) and senior leaders from across the UK’s 24/7 economy.

The event will also help shape the first stage of Night Club’s new research initiative, The State of UK Night Work, exploring the experience of the UK night workforce, current employer practice and what organisations can do to create safer, healthier and more sustainable night work.
